Do you provide construction ready documents
I provide detailed CAD drawings developed in coordination with the client, builder, and any required consultants. My drawings are intended to support pricing, coordination, and construction, and are commonly used as the basis for permit and build sets. Final construction readiness may require review, stamping, or supplemental documents from a licensed architect, engineer, or local jurisdiction depending on project scope and location.
Once we’re done designing, how does it get built?
Once the design is complete, the plans are ready to be shared with builders for pricing and construction. I work with builders across the country who can review the drawings, provide a quote, and carry the project through construction.
Can I apply to be a part of the team or work as a contractor?
